METAVERSING is a project within the Framework ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023- CSC-OG-SGA to support civil society cooperation in the youth field. This project is founded by EACEA (European Education and Culture Executive Agency) and involves 12 ENGOs from 10 different countries where AIFED is the coordinating association.The Metaverse is a virtual world for social good. “Metaversing” teaches digital skills and global issues to young people and youth workers. The project wants to create a better world by reducing discrimination, violence, and non-environmentally friendly actions in the Metaverse.
The Metaverse is a virtual world that can be accessed through technology and digital devices, providing the ability to do things that would not be possible in the physical world. This concept can be used to shape a better future by preparing everyone equally and providing necessary tools through a process called "Metaversing". The goal is to empower young people and youth worker with digital skills and make them better citizens for the future, focusing on topics such as environment, climate change, inclusion, and gender equality. The project aims to reduce discrimination, violence, and non-environmentally friendly actions in the new virtual world and ultimately create a better world for all.

Youth Workers gain digital skills in Metaverse. They design virtual stages, inclusive avatars, classrooms, and make a tutorial, e-toolkit, and e-learning course to share with others.

Young people from different European countries will discuss the little presence of women in ITC professional sectors in a virtual classroom. Youth workers will record a podcast in the same classroom, available on the network's YouTube channel.
