Welcome to The Ins and Outs of 21 st Century Management Course. In this program, we will explore the complexities of Input and Output and how these skills can be applied in virtual and physical environments. Throughout the nine sessions of the course, we will dive into crucial topics such as introduction to agile methodologies applied to projects, or disruptive thinking and idea development, as well as the concept of coordinating international projects using agile methodologies.

The cohesive of this course is to train participants in the practical use of agile methodologies in a wide range of contexts, from business projects to initiatives. Over the course of nine sessions, participants will explore and apply key concepts to improve project management, develop innovative ideas and coordinate international projects effectively. In addition, they will learn how to evaluate the success of projects using tools such as the logical framework. In short, the course seeks to equip participants with the skills necessary to lead projects in an agile and effective manner in any environment.
