360 TOURS

The idea of this activity is to teach young people through a practical workshop how to make virtual video tours in 360º dimension of a place of tourist interest only from an outside perspective.

With this activity we want to pursue different objectives:

The target groups of this activity are:

In this first video, we explore the initial stage of the Generalife gardens at the Alhambra, where you can enjoy panoramic views of other parts of the Alhambra and the city of Granada, showcasing its historical grandeur.

In this second section, we delve into the heart of the Generalife, where the harmony between the lush gardens and Nasrid architecture transports us to a glorious period in Granada’s history, preserving its enduring legacy.

On the way to the Alcazaba, we pass by the Nasrid Palaces and the Palace of Charles V, a route that reveals serene and solemn beauty, evoking the greatness of past architects and allowing us to contemplate the white Granada, with its whitewashed houses stretching across the horizon.

Upon reaching the Alcazaba, we encounter the oldest fortress of the Alhambra, a commanding witness to the history of Al-Andalus. From its towers and walls, a breathtaking panoramic view of the city of Granada and the Vega unfolds, allowing us to imagine how the guardians of the Alhambra once watched over the land. Walking through this strategically and defensively vital site, steeped in history and legend, immerses us in an atmosphere of power and resilience, while we enjoy views that stretch across the Albaicín and the Sierra Nevada in the distance.

We present a 360º video that takes you through the historic Sandtorhafen Traditionsschiffhafen in Hamburg as we sail towards the impressive Elbphilharmonie. This video is the first in the series dedicated to Hamburg, recalling that a virtual tour of the Alhambra has already been completed. As part of Metaversing, we aim to reflect on the advantages of virtual tourism, highlighting its low environmental impact and its ability to connect young people with UNESCO World Heritage sites. This video was created by a young person from Italy and is aimed at young individuals interested in technological careers and the tourism sector.

We present the second video in our series dedicated to Hamburg, featuring a stunning 360º view of the Elbphilharmonie, the most beautiful building in the city. This follows our first virtual tour of the historic Sandtorhafen Traditionsschiffhafen. As part of Metaversing, we aim to highlight the benefits of virtual tourism, emphasizing its low environmental impact and its potential to connect young people with UNESCO World Heritage sites. This video was created by a talented young individual from Italy and is designed for young people interested in technological careers and the tourism sector.
